1. About us
These terms apply to ebooks, PDF guides, training resources and other downloadable products purchased from JB Football Coaching.
Seller: JB Football Coaching. Trading name: JB Football Coaching. Contact by email: jbfootballcoaching0@gmail.com.
These terms cover digital purchases. Coaching sessions and camps have separate booking terms.
2. Product information
Each product page will explain what is included, the file format, price and any relevant device or software requirements.
Please check that the product meets your needs before purchasing. Any limits on download availability, access duration or permitted use will be explained before payment.
3. Ordering and payment
The total price, including any applicable taxes, will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Payments are processed through Jonathan to name the payment or shop provider. Your order is accepted when we send confirmation that the purchase has been accepted.
If we cannot fulfil your order, we will explain why and refund any payment received.
4. Delivery and access
Digital products are supplied through an emailed download link. Please provide an accurate email address and check your spam folder if your confirmation does not arrive.
If you cannot access your purchase, contact jbfootballcoaching0@gmail.com with your order details so we can help.
5. Cancellation rights
You normally have 14 days from entering into the contract to cancel a digital purchase without giving a reason.
If you request delivery before that period ends, we will ask for your express consent to begin supply and your acknowledgement that you will lose your cancellation right once supply begins. We will confirm this agreement in your order confirmation.
Where those requirements have been met and supply has begun, you cannot cancel simply because you have changed your mind.
If your cancellation right remains available, email jbfootballcoaching0@gmail.com with a clear statement that you wish to cancel, including your name and order details. You do not have to use a particular form.
Where a cancellation refund is due, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
6. Problems with a product
Digital products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for any particular purpose agreed with us and match their description.
If a file is faulty, incomplete, incorrectly supplied or does not match its description, contact us with details of the problem.
We will provide the remedy required by your statutory rights. This may include repair or replacement, or a price reduction up to a full refund where appropriate.
Nothing in these terms removes your rights relating to faulty or misdescribed digital content.
7. Permitted use
Unless the product page expressly grants a wider licence, your purchase provides a personal, nonexclusive licence to use the resource.
You may download it to your own devices and print copies for your own use. Coaching resources may be used by the purchaser to plan and deliver their own sessions, unless stated otherwise.
You must not resell, publish, upload, distribute or share the complete resource with others, or claim its content as your own. A purchase does not provide a licence for an entire club or organisation unless expressly stated.
Contact us if you would like permission for wider use.
8. Using coaching resources
Resources provide general educational guidance and do not guarantee a particular development or performance outcome.
Activities should be adapted to participants' age, ability, health, environment and supervision needs. Coaches remain responsible for assessing whether an activity is suitable and safe.
The resources do not replace medical advice or safeguarding procedures.
9. Updates and changes
The product description will explain whether updates or continuing access are included.
Any changes to these terms apply to future purchases and do not retrospectively reduce your rights under an existing purchase.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your statutory consumer rights.
These terms are governed by Scots law, without removing any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. You retain any right to bring a claim in the courts available to you under applicable consumer law.
