Booking is simple
Bookings run through Pembee, an online booking system. You may not have used it before, so here is exactly what happens. The first time, it asks you to create a free account. That is a one off: your details are saved, and every booking after that is a couple of taps.

1:1 sessions, 2:1 sessions and groups of 3 to 5 are booked one at a time, whenever suits you. Groups of 6 or more are booked as 5 week blocks.
