How booking, cancelling and refunds work.

Bookings and payment
Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received through our booking system, unless another arrangement has been agreed. Check the date, time, location and age group before booking. Specific cancellation terms for a camp or block must be displayed before payment. Live prices are on the booking page.
All sessions: 24 hours' notice
For all sessions, cancellations received at least 24 hours before the session starts qualify for a refund or transfer to another available session.
With less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation charge may apply to cover reasonable losses, up to the session price. Missed sessions without notice are treated as late cancellations.
Any charge will take account of costs saved and whether the place is filled by another paying player. Illness, injury and exceptional circumstances will be considered individually.
Email jbfootballcoaching0@gmail.com as soon as you know you cannot attend. The notice period is measured from the time your cancellation is received to the scheduled session start.
When JB Football Coaching cancels
If we cancel a session because of unsafe weather, venue closure, coach unavailability or another reason, we will offer a replacement session or credit. If this is unsuitable, you may choose a refund for the cancelled session.
For a cancelled date within a block, the refund will be the proportion of the booking price attributable to that session. We will contact you using the details provided when booking.
Weather and safety
Sessions may continue in wet or cold weather where conditions are safe. Players should arrive with suitable clothing and footwear.
We may cancel or stop a session if conditions become unsafe. If a session ends early, we will explain the refund or credit offered, taking account of how much of the session was delivered and your statutory rights.
Refunds and credits
Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 working days for the refund to appear.
The value and expiry date of any agreed credit will be confirmed in writing. Credit will not replace a refund where a refund is due unless you choose it.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights. Any cancellation charge must be reasonable and reflect the circumstances of the cancellation.
This policy covers football coaching bookings. Separate purchase terms apply to digital products.
